The partners of EIM Residential have a long history in real estate investments, development, finance, and construction. After many years of being on both the buying and selling sides of real estate transactions as owners being represented by other agents, the partners noticed that the level of service they were receiving was subpar at best. So the decision was made to create a real estate brokerage that would provide the service that we expected for ourselves, with an unquenchable desire for continuous improvement, backed by the resources necessary to accomplish this goal
